USE & CARE INSTRUCTIONS
Helpful guidelines for keeping your FAB Swimsuits' garments at their best.
Swimsuits, like all clothing, are not made to last forever. However, by following a few simple yet essential rules, you can extend the life of your FABulous Swimsuits and maintain their performance and look.
🧴 Before Use
- Never apply creams, embrocating liquids, warming gels (winter), or sun creams (summer) directly, over or under your swimsuit because they destroy the elastic fibers of the fabric. These products often contain chemicals that cause premature deterioration and destroy the elastic fibers of fabrics containing polyesster and spandex.
🌬️ After Use
- After each session, wash your swimsuit immediately with cold water and then hang them in a well-ventilated area.
- Avoid hanging them in direct sunlight.
- Do not store damp garments in closed environments such as plastic bags, sports bags, or suitcases — this promotes bacteria and bad odors.
- It is important to rinse your swimsuit with clean water after each use to prevent fiber damage from bacteria buildup.
🧼 Washing Guidelines
Washing your swimsuit puts stress on the fabric and seams, so it’s important to follow the right steps:
- Wash swimsuits separately from other clothes or accessories to prevent friction.
- Always turn swimsuits inside out before washing (with seams on the outside).
- Machine washing is allowed, but only if you use a laundry bag, a gentle cycle, and cold or lukewarm water (max. 30°C).
- Do not use detergent.
- Do not use bleach or fabric softeners.
- Do not soak, wring, rub, or spin after washing.
- Gently press out excess water by hand.
- Let garments air dry flat or hanging — never tumble dry.

🧵 About Fabric Pilling
Pilling does not happen on its own — it is always caused by friction.
To prevent it, avoid contact with rough surfaces (walls, benches, pool edges, etc.) that can damage the outer layer of your garment.
⚠️ Please note:
Pilling is not a manufacturing defect — it is the result of abrasion during use.
MADE TO PERFORM, DESIGNED TO LAST

Most of them are fully lined, front and back, offering a very comfortable fit.
Each piece is designed with flat-locked seams, strong elastic bands, and an adjustable tie cord (brief and thiny) for secure, high-performance wear.
